Credit cards are accepted as a form of guarantee and payment online. Unfortunately, debit cards cannot be used online but can be used as payment to settle your bill on departure.

The hotel accepts payments made by cash (Sterling only), company cheque (which must be accompanied by cheque guarantee card) and most major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, Delta, Solo, American Express). The hotel is unable to accept personal or travellers cheques.

Disabled Guests Information:
The hotel has a level access. Ground floor bedrooms are available for guests and the public areas are all fully accessible. 14 bedrooms on the ground floor are accessible, and 4 of them have been adapted for use by wheelchair users.
Food service
Dinner is served between 6pm and 9pm in the Westview Restaurant. The Westview Bar serves snacks and sandwiches from 12 noon to 10pm every day. The hotel also has 24 hour room service offering a range of food from 12 noon to 10pm and snacks at any time. Children’s menus are available.
Pets:
No pets are permitted. Guide dogs are welcomed.

There is no service charge. Gratuities are at the customer’s discretion.
